UBUNTU OPENSTACK AUTOPILOT IN HA
The starting point our lab is the following
1 STEP – INSTALL CONJURE-UP CLASSIC ON MAAS SERVER
On our MAAS machine run this command:
$: sudo snap install conjure-up --classic [sudo] password for richardsith: conjure-up 2.1.2 from 'canonical' installed
2 STEP – DEPLOY UBUNTU JUJU CONTROLLER ON NODE
The first task is to change the status of the node juju.maas and landscape.maas in ready, that one is done doing the commission on node
Now lets go with conjure-up
Replace above with the hostname of the machine that was selected for the Juju controller role. Do not add the domain name to it. For our lab the machine is “nodeJuju”. We can run the following command from our MAAS server
$: conjure-up --bootstrap-to juju
after that the installer will ask us some questions, like this pictures:
after few second the node will begin the deploying process.
when we’ll see that on the console
our juju is correctly deployed on that node. From that we can continue with Landscape. The first part is done see you to next one. The first part is done see you to next one.
